Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. She is an actress author health guru, talk show host, producer, entrepreneur, director, dancer, comedian model and, most importantly, wife and mom! Perpetual Motion is her name. Marilu Henner's life has been an example of the effectiveness of her health-focused approach. She believes that a healthy body will enable people to accomplish anything. This wasn't the case earlier. As a teenager she observed as her weight increased. Her stomach was constantly aching and ate emotional. Her parents both passed away in their 50's-her mother due to arthritis complications and her father due to a heart attack, she knew that she was required to take care of her health to ensure that the same fate would befall her. Her focus was on the health of our bodies, and on how we can maximize the function of our body. The actress is also a regular actress in the mockumentary Christopher Guest's movies. Coolidge has been a part the group known as The Groundlings since its inception at Los Angeles.
